Be Glad You Had This Moment

Journey to Your Heart

Through years of facilitating retreats for young people, it has become very clear that scripture based meditation and journaling is one of the highlights of the experience.

We have developed a NEW PROGRAMME, Journey to Your Heart, giving young people the opportunity to learn how to make  meditation part of daily living. The programme consists of four sessions that can be facilitated in school during a class period.

The first three sessions give the young people an experience of meditation, journaling and the opportunity to explore how this can be integrated into every day living.

The fourth session is the Ignatian Examen, a method of daily prayer focusing on seeing God in every aspect of  being and developing a reflective approach to life.

We have also developed a series of six Workshops which can be facilitated  in your school, or in another suitable venue near the school, such as a parish hall.

The Workshop Programmes, each lasting 3 hours, can be facilitated as a faith development series over 6 sessions, or each of the sessions can be facilitated as a stand-alone Workshop.
